For training and learning

With the global knowledge nearly doubling every two years we have to keep learning. While talking to the President of Trinity College, an Ivy League college in the USA, he said that in the 21st Century most people will have to make three major career changes. They will have to learn new things, acquire new knowledge and keep learning to stay abreast. The most important skill a school can teach is the ability to learn, because of the explosion of knowledge. The Internet and computer can help deliver just in time eLearning to keep your work force fit. Our children need to learn how to use these methods of eLearning, so they can
On line, or distance learning has made major advances. We teach you in two ways:
  • As students, or learners to be use eLearning methodology for learning and participating in Distance education "classes" and using all associated tools.

  • For teachers, to guide them in using eLearning along with other techniques for effective learning.

  • For eLearning Course-ware creators (much like a text book author) on how to create eLearning course-ware, and then to teach the teachers in how to conduct the course for their students. To evaluate the effectiveness of learning and the teachers performance.

We use Open Source SaaS Internet hosted Moodle Learning Management System. We also use web and voice conferencing for all our teaching. A complete training and scoring record is maintained on the servers for each participant and each course.

We "eat our own dog food" as the Americans say. We use eLearning extensively in training our own consultants, teachers and course creators.
