RACI Analysis

RACI Analysis
Maps the organizations organization structure with its main processes.
The organization structure, at a high level. Giving the titles. roles,names and reporting structure of the organization. This helps understand the organization.

The different high level processes performed by the organization, usually less than 14.

The RACI analysis, (RACI = a matrix giving the process steps, the organization component/dept, which is
R- responsible for actually doing the task/step in the process
A- authorizes the task
C- is consulted while performing the task
I- is informed of the task.
RACI is a very effective high level analytical tool to visually highlight that all tasks have proper organizational support and minimize overlaps or missing responsibilities.

This would be followed by the analysis of their problems,internal and with respect to other organizations, the changes required in line of the SWOT analysis. And a plan of action to implement the changes. etc.
